Linda Ertz has led the Talent Acquisition team for the USA TODAY Network, part of Gannett Inc., one of the most transformational media companies, for the past three years. Prior to Gannett she worked at Microsoft for seven years spearheading domestic and international recruiting for the Health Solutions Group, Microsoft International Finance, Operations, and Microsoft IT.

She has more than 20 years of experience as both an HR Generalist and Talent Acquisition Leader. Her expertise is transforming talent acquisition teams, integrating mergers and acquisitions, and has broad international recruiting experience.

Linda has a B.A. in both Biology and History from the University of Binghamton and a M.A. in Administration from Hofstra University.

Linda lives in Washington, DC where she and her husband are raising two sons. In her spare time, she is a baseball Mom and enjoys hiking through Rock Creek Park.
